Catina Montgomery

Director of Operations

Born and raised in Charleston, SC with a passion for food, fun and travel! I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1992 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I started my career in Dallas, TX as a conference manager at the Anatole Hotel. I’ve traveled coast to coast living in San Fran, CA, San Diego, CA, Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Richmond, VA, and settled in Denver, CO to raise 3 children with my husband, Mark. Most of my extended family is in the Carolinas (North and South) and Chios, Greece. As you can imagine, seeing family is a vacation for us. We are never sad to visit either place. Traveling is in my blood, and I am passionate about visiting new places and experiencing new things! I love to hike, camp, ski, walk my dog, listen to books, and eat yummy food.

When the children were young, I hit pause on my career. I was very involved in their school’s PTO, planning fundraising auction events and joined the PTO Board as President. Then, in 2016, I restarted my career as Executive Director of Colorado Allergy and Asthma Society. Now that my children are older, I am blessed to have been asked to join the Bonaire Pros team. I love to plan trips and create amazing experiences and memories for others on the beautiful island of Bonaire!

Joel Arenberg

Director of Marketing & Communications

I have always been torn between my desire to explore the mountains and the ocean. Growing up in Colorado, the mountains were always the backdrop to my adventures, but I never forgot about my love of the ocean.

Through different opportunities at Colorado State University, I was able to study and live on the island of Oahu in Hawaii as a sophomore. As a junior, I embarked on Semester at Sea, a study abroad program where you live on a cruise ship and visit 10 different countries throughout Europe, Africa, and Asia. These monumental journeys broadened my worldview and instilled my passion for travel, nature, and new experiences.

Now, I am excited to put my travel experience and degree to work by creating and maintaining our island friendships and supporting unforgettable vacations at a truly unique destination.

Zach Arenberg

Adventure Specialist

Born in 2002 and raised in Colorado, my passion for the outdoors is all consuming. I grew up competition climbing eventually rising to compete in national championship events. My true passion however, is for outdoor rock climbing which has taken me all over the United States and Europe. I’ve climbed routes as difficult as V14 and 5.14. With climbing as my guiding light, I’ve spent months on end fully immersed in the outdoors.

In 2024 I started a landscaping company that provided ample time to follow my passion. In 2025 I had the opportunity to become Managing Director of Bonaire Pros, which I jumped on immediately.

Now as the Managing Director, I look forward to maintaining the relationships with our partners on the island as well as Bonaire Pros’ legacy of complete customer satisfaction, and creating unforgettable trips to this beautiful destination.

Diane Arenberg

Director of Hospitality

After 27 rewarding years as an audiologist, a helping hand is who I am. In the wake of giving so many patients more fulfilling lives with better hearing, I now have the good fortune of ensuring people experience unforgettable vacations. Both these careers have enabled me to help people enjoy this beautiful world in which we live.

Through owning and managing rental properties in two of Colorado’s top vacation destinations and planning extensive family trips, I have learned how to anticipate my guests’ needs and go out of my way to exceed expectations. I understand that even the smallest detail can make or break a vacation that they have been looking forward to for months.

Guests have commented that my friendliness, approachability, and enthusiasm set me apart as a host, and I am so excited to share my skills and enthusiasm with our Bonaire team, island connections, and customers.

Dan Arenberg

Director of Finances

I am the Founder & Managing Partner of ZJM Equity LLC (www.zjmequity.com) based in Denver, CO. ZJM is an active private equity sponsor in the lower middle market focused on manufacturing, distribution, and services companies.

In addition, I am excited for the opportunity to work with my family and our partners on Bonaire to provide streamlined access to the world-class services and amenities on the island.

Prior to ZJM, I was a General Partner at New West Capital Partners, where I co-managed two SBIC investment funds. I started my career as the Co-Founder of IntraEAR, Inc., a medical device company that was sold in 1999.

I received a BA degree and a MBA from the University of Colorado and a law degree from Catholic University in Washington, D.C.
