Delfin’s Brass Boer Restaurant has quickly staked its spot as one of the best restaurants on Bonaire. Operated by one of Holland’s top chefs (their Michelin 3-star restaurant in Holland is considered one of the world’s finest), the food and culinary genius at Brass Boer is impressive. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, with both seaside al fresco and indoor dining.

There’s also the Club Tropicana beach bar serving delicious food and drinks day and night with a special menu from the Brass Boer. This is casual barefoot dining at its best, along with their Big Green Egg inspired Club Tropicana BBQ the the Beach!

The newly opened Kolo Restaurant features breakfast and pool service snacks and cocktails. Fresku serves as the resort’s bodega with coffee, smoothies, sandwiches and quick bites.

You’re a short drive to Kralendijk with many dining and grocery shopping options.

Dive enthusiasts staying at Delfins Beach Resort will enjoy being close to over 20 southern shore dive spots. Grab a tank at Bonaire’s largest drive thru fill station at Delfins new dive shop, operated by PADI 5-Star Dive Friends Bonaire. Gear rental and storage, rinse tanks and a friendly staff will tell you all about nearby dive sites.

Snorkelers and divers will revel in the undersea gardens and Lighthouse Point dive site, directly offshore with both beach or pier entry. Delfins features a shore diving station for accessing the house reef with shaded gear set up, shower and rinse tanks. Dive Friend’s nearby Port Bonaire location (just up the street) offers daily morning 2-tank boat trips.
